Data Update:
US home prices barely increased in the second quarter according to a government agency index released today.
The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight's House Price Index rose 0.1 pct from the first to second quarters of this year, its lowest quarterly increase since the fourth quarter of 1994.
